The king of all future sports: Speedball! Making its debut on the Commodore Amiga (and still up to today, the best version ever), Speedball and mostly its sequel, Speedball 2 where quite fun to play. This is a very good game I recorded for your viewing pleasure. Further versions of the game exist on Playstation (Speeball 2100) with some fancy 3D graphics, and average GBA conversion of Speedball 2, wich is a real shame, because the GBA should have been the best version of all. As it is, this Megadrive/Genesis conversion is the closest thing to the Amiga original, keeping faithful to the usual Bitmap Brothers standard for games.
Speedball 2 will soon see two new remakes: One out for XBLA, based on this version, but with switchable HD graphics and online multiplayer and a PC official remake based on the Unreal Engine and will feature tons of online multiplayer options.
Fact: This game was responsible for me and my friends breaking the biggest number of joysticks at the time. Not out of anger, but of pure head-on competition.
