Cooking for Your Health is a nutritional series from the Nutrition Division of the Buncombe County Department of Health. The goal of Cooking for Your Health is to promote the WIC nutrition program by providing healthy meal recipes using the foods that are available to the WIC clients. Join Margit Strout as she teaches you how to cook up multiple dishes using lots of WIC approved ingredients. In this episode, Margit cooks a modified Thanksgiving Dinner.
