BodBot is an online personal trainer and strength coach. For any fitness starting point and any fitness end point we'll tailor an exercise regimen to your needs. So whether you're skinny and want to be huge, or you're overweight and want to lose fat -- or play basketball -- or get brutally strong, BodBot will build for you an efficient workout plan to achieve that.
It also takes into account your scheduling and equipment constraints (e.g. 2x/week at home vs. every day at the gym, vs. 15/30/60/20 minutes with any combination of equipment). On the more technical kinesiology side of things, it also responds to physical capabilities via fitness tests (so say you have badly internally rotated shoulders we can work to fix that imbalance). Finally, if you miss a workout or do something differently than what's prescribed, we'll automatically re-optimize the workout plan taking that into account (so say you work out m/w/f and your workouts would roughly look like upper/lower/upper -- you do Monday's workout, and miss Wednesday's workout and now it's Friday -- you can expect to recoup a little bit of your lower body volume).
