Illustration of the performance of the multiple-individual tracking algorithm developed at the Cajal Institute (CSIC) in Madrid, Spain. The algorithm keeps the correct identitiy for each fish during a 60-minutes video with no need of human supervision. This video forms part of an experiment to investigate the influence of nutritional state in social behavior. More information at www.neural-circuits.org. The experiment was carried out in collaboration with Juha Merilä, University of Helsinki.
