Margaret Gearon, Vice-President of the St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria; she is also a member of the Social Policy & Advocacy Committee and Social Justice & Advocacy Committee.

A research project on the effect of reduced state and federal funding on education costs.

Social Justice in the City is a series of free lectures hosted by the St Vincent de Paul Society to promote awareness of social justice issues existing among people who are marginalised, disadvantaged and in need.

Guest speakers present on various community topics on the last Wednesday of each month (Feb-Nov) 12pm - 1pm, St Francis Pastoral Centre, Cnr Lonsdale & Elizabeth Streets, Melbourne.
