CNN anchor Michael Smerconish warned their liberal audience not to read into General Flynn's immunity request as an admission of guilt but rather could be just could be "good lawyering". Smerconish goes on to speculate that General Flynn may have failed to disclose payments from Russian entities while he was an advisor to Trump, but not while he was an operative in Donald Trump's campaign.
