You could join a running group on Facebook to help train for a marathon, or get help losing weight by joining on online weight loss program. Doctors, hospitals, and health experts are all going online now, making it easier than ever to get useful health information, especially for people on the go.

However, Stacia cautions that you should ensure that your online source of health information is a reputable one. And check with your doctor first before starting an exercise or weight loss program to make sure it's right for you.
