There are two serious problems with the GOP: 1. They are big government authoritarians who support perpetual war and a police state at home. 2. CRONYISM - fractional reserve banking with a central bank that creates money out of thin air (in collusion with the government), giving that money to a select few cronies who use it to create government-backed monopolies, resulting in a fascistic oligarchic plutocracy...i.e. a crony corrupt financial elite. Why doesn't the GOP address these issues?

Why is Jon Corzine still free!? Meanwhile, the TSA is groping/violating innocent civilians at airports and the government is cracking down on the little guy, yet Wall Street crooks who shorted the entire financial system leading up to 2008 get off without so much as a slap on the wrist. And the Ponzi scheme of unregulated multi-trillion-dollar derivatives markets marches on. We have learned NOTHING from 2008...which is why it is going to happen again. Speak to that Senator!

Bob Corker, you will not win with the same playbook as John Tanner. When the Senate switches back to Republican control, your votes will be counted. If you do not vote 100% with the Constitution, you will be gone @ the end of term 2. You will not have the excuse of not being on the majority's side. We don't care how much bacon you bring home, you're not getting a pass.

You are well informed.Since you were already looking at one of the chief architects of the Toxic Asset Relief act why didn't you address it to him.His office received thousands of phone calls from Republicans begging him not to pass TARP .Like Paul Ryan's play to show he's on the right side of History,Corker too has to cover up his past. His call for less spending is meaningless.
