Oh!, this is going to be good for you,,, seriously?,,, delicious,,, how to make and bake homemade, homestyle cornbread, yes, a basic cornbread recipe done went gourmet, aint nothing basic about this recipe, dinner for two, the menu is salmon croquettes, mashed tators, and the worlds best cornbread,,, ice cold milk, a good looking hippie girl sitting on the other side of the table,, well you get the picture,, time to get this show on the road,, the recipe is - cornmeal, (if you don't got enuff cornmeal add oatmeal), Oh! this is gonna be good fer you, eggs (no I leave 'em out), sea salt (most any neighbor will give you shaker full of salt), black pepper, minced garlic, some kind of cooking oil, milk (buttermilk if you got it), go for the extra point, put some whole kernal corn in there, mix well, warm up them well oiled cast iron skillets, (no name will get the job done), as you preheat the oven, bake at about 400 - 425 degrees for twelve minutes (give or take a minute or two), yes, subscribe, leave a comment, pass it on, this is number 1 of 3, dinner for two,,,,,,,, you know you done went and done good when,, as she's going out the door, looks back and says,, what you gonna do with that last piece of cornbread, to be continued,
