These are instructions for the three-arm splint. There is another video for the two-arm short torso splint. The purpose of the splint is to positioning the muscles and connective tissue for diastasis recti. Bringing the muscles closer together make the muscles move in the right directly forwards to backwards. Keeping the connective tissue in a narrow position with help it heal. Just like a cast you need to wear it all the time. Take it off for 15 minutes when you bathe. Make sure you dry your belly button so you don't get an infection.
