As the largest express shipper of packages, FedEx must maintain a network of partners and resources to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The BPI Network and the CMO Council sat down with Dave Miller, the Vice President of Software Quality Assurance for FedEx, to learn more about how FedEx collaborates internally and with partners to provide customers with products and services that are innovative, trusted and valued.
Miller has spent over 30 years in Information Technology and currently serves as the VP of Software Quality Assurance for FedEx, providing best-practice processes for the development of software. He is also responsible for the testing of software for package shipment, automated package label generation, and revenue invoicing systems for Fedex.
