In our Villa Education Trust Schools we believe that "Every student can develop exceptions skills and knowledge sets with expert teaching, coaching, mentoring - significant purposeful practice and opportunities to express themselves."

Key model features are:
- Years 7 - 10
- 60 students per unit (Villa)
- no more that 15 per class
- 5 core subjects - English, Maths, Science, Technology, Social Studies (Maori is the 6th core subject in our bi-lingual Villa)
- Project Based Curriculum with 8 fully cross curricula project per year for each year level and an hour per morning in school to work on them.
- A four hour academic morning and and Arts and Activity based afternoon.
- A Christian philosophy and values base.
