Urine pH too acidic? Use more "blue" foods. Is it too alkaline? Then use more "yellow" foods. This short PhotoStory is intended to help you get more in tune with Carey Reams' ideas about writing a diet. We know he instructed that we should eat "as wide a diet" as possible. We also know we should take specialized calcium supplements to help our urine pH move to the 6.4 range. Eating foods rich in the right calciums helps that. Eating foods rich in un-needed calciums only wastes money. Find that old cookbook and mark it up with highlighters. Then go with the flow. As you prepare to select a recipe, a small voice will say, "Maybe not---that one doesn't fit well with your body chemistry."
