In our free five-part course, Qi Gong Basics for Beginners (in German with English subtitles), you will learn five selected Qi Gong exercises and thus the basic knowledge of the 5 elements Qi Gong. In this first part the first exercise on element water will be introduced after the introduction.

In the next four parts follow the Qi Gong Basics exercises to the elements wood, fire, earth and metal.

In each episode there is a theoretical part that will help you understand the basic knowledge behind the Qigong exercises. In the practical part, a Qi Gong exercise is explained in detail. Afterwards you can do the exercise together with our trainer Wolfgang.

In the final sixth video, all five Qi Gong exercises are shown in a complete video. After completing the course, this is your perfect training video with all five Qi Gong exercises.


In the course of our course Qi Gong Basics for beginners you learn not only the correct execution of the individual exercises. Wolfgang also explains the ideas and background of Qi Gong.

The complete course Qi Gong exercises for beginners is in German, free of charge and should enable you to get into the topic Qi Gong in an easy and time-saving way.
