In Wisconsin's WIAA Regional Finals Division 2 boys basketball game between River Valley (No. 1 seed) and Wisconsin Dells (No. 2 seed), River Valley followed two missed free throws by the Dells, with a basket to tie the game at 56-56. Wisconsin Dells (19-4) in bounded the ball with less than three seconds remaining. Senior Jade Royston got off the 50-foot buzzer beater for the win to send his team into the sectionals as one of only 16 D2 teams remaining in the Wisconsin state championship tournament. Royston finished with a game-high 28 points.
