Josephine Green talks about the change of age from one way of thinking, of being and of doing in the world to another and the challenges in the 21st century. She explores social innovation, the decentralization and distribution of creativity and capacity through the system and stimulates thinking and insights around the future of innovation and design.

Josephine Green is an internationally acclaimed speaker, teacher and expert on social and cultural innovation, collaboration and complexity in the 21st century. She worked at Philips Design for 15 years primarily on making sense of the future through foresighting and the connections between Social Innovation, Sustainability and Design.

This talk was held at the Danish Design Centres conference 'CHALLENGE SOCIETY: design. business. future.' on the 12th of April 2011. The conference highlighted the use of design solutions in both the private and public sectors in response to future societal challenges.
