I wish somebody would have told me not to have dubbed and redubbed all of my vhs tapes in case I would be sharing them with a zillion people...

Garrison was one of the true heros of those times, I never knew Sahl supported him so strongly.  The truth hurts your career like nothing else, I guess.

+Debunker246 Yeah, Mort lost his tv show over questioning the Warren commission report. The show had great ratings also so it was a form of censorship like the Smothers' Brothers losing their show in the home of the brave and the free.
I see that there's one dislike. I thought Earl Warren was dead.
Irish !
good one!

What befuddles me is that anybody found Mort funny in the first place.

Ridiculous! It is obvious Kennedy was shot by a high powered rifle, probably from 2 directions.

What did we lose in the cuban missile crisis? Did u know we had missiles in Turkey pointed at Russia?

This 'lost geeration' rubbish is just that. Nobody remembers that the Kennedys turned on Mort because he told jokes about the Kennedy whitehouse. Nobody remembers that Kennedy was weak against the Russians (we lost the cuban missile crisis, for instance), weak on racial matters, and generally obsessed with temporizing until the elections of 1964. Stop whining! Nobody stole your youth, or your country, or your freedom in November of 1963.
