The University of Kentucky Horse Pasture Evaluation Program has made great strides since it started in 2005, serving horse farms both big and small. An example of the program's growing reputation came recently when one of the most well known thoroughbred horse farms, Mill Ridge Farm in Lexington, home of Kentucky Derby and Breeder's Cup winners, needed some help with its pastures. Now the UK Pasture Evaluation Program can count Mill Ridge Farm as one of its satisfied clients.
