Hard Reset Factory Restore Password Pattern lock Wipe Guide
Warning All Data will be erased and restored to factory settings.


1. Turn the power off. Remove and reinsert the battery. Press and hold the Volume Up + Power button at the same time until bootloader mode (image of an Android with Start) appears then release the keys.
2. Select Recovery mode and use the volume keys to move through the available options and the Power button to select. The device will restart in Recovery mode.
3. From the Recovery mode screen, press and hold the Power button then press the Volume up (+) key. Select wipe data/factory reset. Select Yes -- delete all user data. - The reset to factory data will take a couple of minutes to complete. Select reboot system now. - The reboot will take another minute or two. Walk through the initial activate and setup steps to setup your [like] new phone!
4. All done!
