Going to the moon, images from the Hubble Space Telescope, and the recent flyby of Pluto have all had great impacts on our lives. Space inspires us and will continue to influence or culture and give us something to look forward to for tomorrow.

Ray is a sophomore physics major at Furman University. He is an aspiring astrophysicist with hopes of one day working for NASA. He is the current treasurer of the Furman Astronomy Club and has published his own book, “The Night Sky: A Guide to the 88 Constellations.”
