Spain and Italy played in the European Championship yesterday for the coveted crown. The Spaniards came out emphatically, scoring a pair of goals in the first 41 minutes of play. Sure, we saw it vs. Brazil in Conf Cup.
Euro is the highest quality tournament. No Chaff, a team needs to be quality just to qualify. World Cup is full of chaff that takes two weeks to weed out. Confederation Cup is a joke and doesn't get airtime in Europe.

The Confederations Cup is a great tournament when teams like Brazil , Argentina, Spain, Germany, Japan, Ivory Coast, New Zealand and Mexico play it. It sucks if the teams that qualify are just Spain and Brazil plus Canada, Kuwait, Tahiti, Zambia and Bolivia. It all depends on who makes it to play it and where it is played. Next year it will be in Brazil, with better teams like in the last edition. So i hope it will be better.

Spain definitely dominated the match, most of Italy's shots were Balotelli from 40 yards whereas Spain actually created chances.
The English say that Spain play boring football because they always pass but England can't even pass

Nah, the Confederations Cup is great. Obviously it's not as important as it's big brother or the Euros (or the Copa America) but its a good tournament and will grow in importance. It's only been going in it's current format since 2005, over time it may be seen as a "pot worth winning"
