to be (c. xavier)
i want to ask of you/i want you to know/i feel like i'm inside of you/i want to love you so/now i see/what i am/i am to be/let me let you tell your joke to me/let me let you walk alone with me/let me let you show me how to be/let me let you be my guide to me/now i see/what i am/i am to be/sometimes it hurts/but you know that i like it that way/sometimes i'm wrong/but i still want you to stay/sometimes i run/although here's where i want to be/sometimes i'm scared/but you come and find me/this is where/this is where/i need to be/sometimes it hurts/but you know that i like it that way/sometimes i'm wrong/but i still want you to stay beside me, yeah-yeah/sometimes i run/although here's where i want to be/sometimes i'm scared/but you come and find me/this is where/this is where/i need to be/this is where/this is where/i need to be/uh-huh
