PoFV Tewi's Theme: Lord Usa's Elemental Flag

This is Tewi Inaba's theme from Touhou 9: Phantasmagoria of Flower View

Lord Usa's Elemental Flag, White Flag of the Usa Shrine, it's whatever you want to call it. Same goes for Tewi and Tei, it's whatever you want.
On another note, when I play Tewi's scenario on PoFV, when I fight Reisen, Tewi's theme plays instead of Invisible Full Moon. Does it have to do with that fact that Reisen's in the forest instead of Eientei? Whatever, this is a good theme, so who cares?

(Btw, the smile Tewi's giving in the picture scares me. How about you?)
