We'll take another look at the Kiobel v. Royal Dutch Petroleum Supreme Court case. The question the Supreme Court would have to answer was whether or not, corporations, whom they deemed had the same rights as persons to flood money into elections, could also be held liable as persons would, in human rights abuses. Last week they ordered a re-argument of the case based on whether or not international cases such as this have a place in US courts. Earth Rights International's Katie Redford discusses.
