'Down to Earth' combines three feature length movies that concentrate on the persisting environmental problem of discarded rubbish left behind on our streets. The amount of rubbish that our society produces is enormous and is evident everywhere we look. Three 30 seconds movies document activities on any Sunday market day. I have pictured a moment at Brick Lane Market in London. What about the other markets; Camden, Borough, Notting Hill and daily markets such as Whitechapel? Can you imagine how much rubbish is being descarded on a daily basis? How much rubbish would be build up if our streets weren't cleaned for a week?
