Mugen Rugal KOF Edition (With Sound)

Here's the beta version for my mod of Mr.X-file's Rugal. It's incredible and my favorite creation so far. To break down the credits; zy5678, adamskie coding of the DM effects will give them credit in every single one of my projects as will CCIron Mugen's coding base. Additional credit goes to Gonzo and @ndroid for their coding/sprites. I'm hoping for a release of all my betas by the end of Jan/08.
