Coach Kevin Carr demonstates a brutal conditioning circuit. First he uses a thick rope for rotational rope battling - activating the upper body and core. Then he performs hand over hand sled rows - burning the upper back, biceps and forearms.

If that wasn't enough, he piles the thick rope onto the prowler and performs prowler pushes, TWICE!
