Horse chiropractic move for the poll/atlas/first neck bone. This move is called the cranial wing move because you are contacting the part of the atlas closest to the head or base of the skull. Also called the Superior Wing Move when using human termonology. Presented by Dr. Daniel Kamen, D.C. author of The Well Adjusted Horse and distinguished Cubs fan.
