Dr. Dolev Rafaeli discussed the recurring revenue model that is a large, growing part of the Photomedex business. Photomedex has over 500 clinics in the US using their products, like the Xtrac laser which treats psoriasis, vitiligo and other skin diseases, utilizing marketing to drive the patients into the clinics for treatment. Dr. Rafaeli also discussed the effect of the LCA Vision merger and how Photomedex will leverage its strong marketing capabilities with LCA's abilities to drive patients to the clinics and increase branding within those locations. The biggest driver for growth in 2014 is still the consumer market, with an addition of reoccurring revenue and future acquisitions.
