Gaggia OWC (Old White Coffee) from 30+ years ago ... larger boiler and better steaming than the new Classic. But the steam wand doesn't pivot and I didn't like the shape or location of the wand - and the steam tip had a hole that was too big. So I bent the wand around to where I wanted it and reshaped the tip into a knife edge with a slit instead of a round hole. It steams so quickly now, I'm still learning how to steam milk and probably stretched this one too much. But see how quickly and effortlessly this steam tip makes MicroFoam (??) actually not quite sure if this qualifies as MicroFoam or not (as I said, I'm still learning) - but it sure is more velvety than stuff made with the standard Gaggia froth aid device on the newer machines.
