•Make sure the valve is opened before trying to remove it. •It can be very helpful to take the cap off the bottle so that you can twist the cap in the opposite direction. •Make a fist, rest the valve on your forefinger, and then curl your thumb over top of the valve. As you twist, squeeze the valve and pull. •The little "wings" on the valve will slip underneath the vertical sidewalls of the cap and then you can pull the valve straight out.
