An approach to achieving a balanced healthy lifestyle rather than the hardcore strict mentality people think they have to live to be in shape. I challenge the idea of perfection and talk about the negative effects of being so strict. Setting expectations and planning for minor slip ups allow people to sustain diets and training over the long term rather than expecting perfection and failing after a short amount of time. You dont have to eat certain foods and cut your social life to get in great shape.
