Daryl Hall & John Oates - Missed Opportunity (Unlimited Mix)
1988

After a solid run of Top Ten hits on the RCA label, successful songwriting duo Daryl Hall/John Oates moved to Arista Records in 1988, hoping to continue their popular success. Although their Arista debut album Ooh Yeah! generated a No. 3 hit ("Everything Your Heart Desires"), the album slumped in sales. "Missed Opportunity," a decent song using a similar edgy pop like "Adult Education," felt like a 'missed opportunity' to H&O fans. It only rose to No. 29 pop and 68 r&b. Still a decent song in the group's late-Eighties songbook.

Produced by Daryl Hall, John Oates and T-Bone Wolk..
