blinking computer (MM late 2012)

- Mini 2.3 ghz i7
- HDMI to HDMI cable to HDMI-DVI adapter
- also happens when turning on/of other electric appliance fixtures (DVD player, TV, lights, microwave,etc)
- also happened when friend plugged her laptop
- screen flickers/shakes when small electronics are turned on/off
- Mini and samsung monitor both plugged in a voltage regulator
