- Lie on your left side, then raise your body off the floor so that your left elbow and forearm and left foot are the only points of contact with the floor
- Your body should be fully contracted and in a straight line
- Every few seconds, raise your right leg up, flexing your abductors
- Lower your leg back to the start position

Muscles Involved:
- Rectus abdominus (stabilizers)
- Obliques (stabilizers)
- Abductors
