TIM Application: Rice Grain

Rice Grain works very well. Better than single line, but could have a draw back. This method seems to not spread enough for full coverage, but should spread enough to cover the die.

Dont ask what kind of paste it's irrelevant. But it's a mix of dried Tuniq TX-4 (Absolute Crap IMO) and Dynex Ceramic from Best Buy to thin the Tuniq back out.
