Ingredients:

6 large eggs + 1 egg white
3 large oranges: 2 Tbsp zest + 3/4 cup orange juice
2 cups cake flour
1 1/4 cups fine white sugar (also called caster or Baker's sugar)
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
assorted edible flowers
2 Tbsp powdered sugar

Yields: 8-10 servings

220 g bột bánh ngọt (cake flour)
