I show you how to create announcements, a VDN and a vector to make a basic auto attendant in the S8300 although this can be translated to other Avaya PBX's as well. Just refer to the Avaya Aura Call Center - Call Vectoring and Expert Agent Selection manual for more information. http://support.avaya.com, Click on Documentation and select the system and version for your PBX.

This video and my other videos cover the basic functions of the Avaya PBX. I am a former Tier 3 Engineer that worked in Denver and I find helping others is very rewarding.
