It's a MODIFIED SONY INFRARED CAMERA not and X-Ray camera. This modification lets you see thru clothing and other materials and its know as an XRAY effect more than an infrared effect. (95% most of the infrared cameras outthere can't see thru cloth like this modified one)

Modification consist on adding a IR pass filter and doing some hacking inside the camera to be able to control exposure and other settings while the camera is on night vision mode, camera has to be a Sony brand with night vision, the older the better. Every camera is different so don't ask me how to modify yours.

This is how it works: IR light is not visible to our eyes, but its visible to most cameras sensors specially in night vision mode, when you add the IR PASS filter (it will only see IR light) the IR light can pass thru cloth better than normal light will and it bounces in your skin or cloth underneath, its like having a light bulb between your cloth and skin. (wet tshirt contest effect)

For more info search on google for Sony X Ray camera and you will see the cost of doing this mod.
