On April 6th, a group began a 40 mile march from Daytona to Sanford, Florida to engage in non-violent direct action, seeking justice for the killing of Trayvon Martin.

After three days of marching, they arrived at Sanford City Hall. The following day, they brought their voice to the front doors of the Sanford Police Department. After a peaceful direct action, Sanford Police invited protestors in to speak with them. Three days later, George Zimmerman was arrested.
