I made three videos in late September (1) decrying the latest legislative moves to subvert free speech (2) opposing the UT HR department's plan to make "anti-racism and anti-bias training" mandatory for its staff and (3) detailing the PC game and some counter-tactics. This set off a media firestorm. UT sent me a letter Oct 3 warning me about the potential illegality of my actions. Then, on Oct 18, UT sent me a letter requesting my silence on these issues. I would like to point out that the fact that my video discussion may have been made illegal by legislation of the type I was objecting to was precisely the point I was making in my videos.
