From the 1992 Warner Bros. blockbuster, Batman Returns, starring Michael Keaton, Danny DeVito, Michelle Pfeiffer, Christopher Walken, and Michael Gough (R.I.P.), and directed by Tim Burton. This is personally my favorite of all the Batman movies. Old, new, and in between.

The cunning, mischievous, and manipulative Max Shreck convinces the equally maniacal Penguin to put aside his own evil plans and run for mayor. Not before Penguin leaves a lasting mark on one of his image consultants.
