After you have completed the game, go to a character switch point and you will then play as Catwoman instead of Batman, now go back to Posion Ivy's lair and when you're inside talk to her and she will respond in asking why have you not brought her plant (The orchid locked away in Hugo Strange's vault), Catwoman try and make an accuse that Hugo Strange did something with it,
Posion Ivy believes it and threatens to kill him unaware that he is already dead, Catwoman responds by saying "be my guest" but Posion Ivy takes this the wrong way and then threatens to destroy Gotham

Could this be a clue to a 3rd game?

The voice acting's pretty weak. mostly because of the timing between each character's lines :/

Well each game has to introduce something that wasn't in the previous game and Jason Todd was the first thing I came up with.
