The first call was made at 11:41 p.m. by customer Raibin Raof Osman, who alleges that McDonald's omitted orange juice (and possibly other items) from his drive-through order and laughed at his brother in law.
The second call was made by McDonald's employee Helen Velasquez, who denies withholding any juice and alleges that Osman and his family harassed her for more than thirty minutes.
Osman was charged with improper use of 911 (a misdemeanor) and spent the night in the Washington County Jail.
