On April 16, 2012, the anniversary of the Virginia Tech Shooting, 32 victims and survivors of gun violence came to Washington DC to tell their stories to Congress and the American public. They don't want anyone else to have lives shattered in the same way and they have learned how gun violence can be prevented. America's gun policies can be fixed in specific ways and lives will be saved. Dan says there are two things Congress can do now... 1: Reject the "George Zimmerman Armed Vigilante" act that would allow dangerous people to carry guns around anywhere and 2: Sign a Statement of Principles that dangerous people should not be able to get guns.
