How can you have too much nuts, avocado, coconut. It's better than eating sugars, chips, potatoes, rice, noodles...

Biggest mistake you made was not going vegan. Going vegetarian is a step in the right direction, but it still contributes to animal cruelty. A vegan diet is healthier and is completely cruelty free.

I think the biggest mistake people make is diving head first into vegetarianism or veganism. If you go from the Standard American Diet (SAD) to a vegan diet, you will still have cravings for animal products. So people wind up buying crap like fake meat and fake cheese. When I was vegan my diet was largely a vegan version of the SAD. I hardly ate any vegetables. I ate plenty of fake meat and other processed vegan foods. Rather than eliminating animal products, focus on adding fruits and vegetables. These days I am not vegan but my diet is way better than when I was vegan. I juice most days and eat Kale pretty much daily. Increased nutrition from fruits and vegetables has significantly lessened my cravings for animal products and processed junk. My diet is largely vegan these days. So don't force your self to be vegan. Instead eat more fruits and vegetables.

I don't understand the vegan trend towards being raw. There's no evidence that eating raw is healthier. In fact, some vitamins and nutrients are better absorbed by the body AFTER being cooked (beta carotene being a notable example). And don't get me started on the whole "enzymes" nonsense. It just seems like people are so eager to deny some of the most incredible discoveries and advancements human beings made, even it we started doing these things thousands and thousands of years ago. Cooking food is not a bad thing. THere is nothing wrong with cooked food. lol I can't believe I even have to say that.
