4 Pieces by Nicolas Bouvier from Ballard 1631 played by R.Blocksidge in French Flat tuning b',e,c,b,a,f,C,F,Eb,Db,C. The pictures show the original Burkholtzer in Vienna and the one you can hear is by jminstruments, with an Indian Rosewood back and black Walnut neck and pegbox as recommended by Mary Burwell. Mr Blocksidge says the Burkholtzer makes a good candidate for a 13 crs too, which it currently exists in the Vienna KHM. Many more affordable yet luthier-crafted and customisable instruments in stock or to order at www.jminstruments.com.
