The U.S government intelligence has warned that the dreaded Somali militia group Al-Shabab is recruiting Kenyans to assist in carrying out terrorist attacks. U.s ambassador to Kenya Michael Ranneberger says this comes in the wake of an attack on African union soldiers backing the transitional federal government where suicide bombers detonated explosives killing 17 Ugandan and Burundian soldiers, including the mission's second in Command Major General Juvenal Niyonguruza.
