Carol Shea Porter, answering a question at a Portsmouth, NH town hall meeting, reads a prepared statement provided for her as to why nationalizing the health care system, as provided for in HR3200, is, in fact, Constitutional. This comes days after a blunder in which she took heat for claiming the Constitution "did not cover everything."
