Watch Chef Marco Pierre White create this light and zingy fresh crab with pea salad. An easy recipe from Knorr.

Fresh crab makes a delicious summer lunch, and this seafood salad requires no special skills to enjoy. Freshly cooked crab is picked from the shell and combined with olive oil, lemon juice and Knorr Vegetable Touch of Taste to season evenly. Served on a bed of fresh peas and garnished with soft fresh herbs like basil and chives.

Ingredients
1 x 1kg crab or 2 x 500g crabs, cooked
2tbsps and 1tsp olive oil
2tsps Knorr Vegetable Touch of Taste
Squeeze of lemon juice
200g fresh peas, podded
Dash of white wine vinegar
Few drops of Tabasco sauce
Fresh basil, chives and parsley to garnish
